The study examines the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) communication in creating the reputation of the UAE-based private hospitals using systematic review approach. With the integration of healthcare organizations in line with the UAE Vision 2021, the communication of CSR plays a critical role in establishing trust among people and increasing organization's reputation. This study crucially analyze a peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and early 2025 regarding CSR communication practices in private hospitals. Findings identified that community outreach and digital media represent communication strategy (CSR) sources that support reputation and trust when culturally responsive and transparent. However, CSR efforts are being hampered by issues, such as the lack of internet access and the suspicion of stakeholders. The review reports the necessity of hospitals to localize CSR messages to local prices and give quantifiable effects to reinforce credibility.
